Park Lane Fencing secures new contract with McLaren
Along with McLaren Construction who are building a new Warehouse in Wigan for their client Poundland.
McLaren has recently completed a new 320,000 sq ft distribution centre for Stoford, located in Ashton-in-Makerfield near Wigan.
The works comprise the construction of a single storey structural steel warehouse unit together with single storey office accommodation. Externally, the scheme includes a vehicle maintenance unit, gatehouse, vehicle wash, fuel island, sprinkler tanks, as well as parking for 284 cars and 158 lorries.
Within the works, we are carrying out the fit out for Poundland, whereby the distribution centre is tailored to suit the specifications required by Poundland. The tenant enhancements include mechanical, electrical & sprinkler installation, bailer pits, shrink wrap areas, racking installation, offices and welfare facilities.
